To earn and maintain your Preferred badge, you must meet these specific performance metrics:

Reliability: Complete at least 70% of services on their originally scheduled day.
Account health: Maintain a Fix-It Claim rate below 2% and a Job Release rate below 5%.

How status is calculated
Provider status is automatically recalculated every week based on your most recent 100 jobs (or your total job count if under 100) completed within the past year. Because this is a rolling calculation, your status may change frequently depending on your most recent performance.
