To earn and maintain your Elite Provider badge, you must meet the following criteria based on your performance over the last 12 months:

1. Experience: Complete at least 100 jobs within the past years.

2. Rating: Maintain a provider rating of 4.8 stars or better.

3. Reliability: Complete at least 85% of services on their originally scheduled day.

4. Account health: Maintain a Fix-It Claim rate below 1% and a Release rate below 5%.

5. Communication: Maintain an average response time of under 2 hours to customers and LawnGuru during business hours.

6. Marketing: Activate your free LawnGuru provider website.

Provider status is automatically updated every week. We look at your most recent 100 jobs completed within the past year to calculate your metrics.

Because this is a rolling calculation, your status may change frequently based on your recent performance. To maintain your Elite or Preferred status, ensure your most recent 100 jobs consistently meet the requirements.
