Special services (such as yard cleanups, mulching, or aerations) follow the same general process as standard lawn and snow jobs, but with a few extra requirements to ensure quality and clear communication.

Before you head to the property

When a customer accepts your quote, the job will appear on your Route sheet for the scheduled day.

  1. Open your Route sheet in the app.

  2. Swipe Go To Job before you start driving.

Why this matters:

  • Customer updates: This customer is notified that you're on your way so they can unlock the gates or secure pets.

  • Payment authorization: The app verifies the customer's payment method. If the card is declined, the job will be automatically paused to protect your time and earnings.

Starting the job

  1. Inspect the property: Before unloading equipment, check for any conditions that make the job unserviceable. If you need to cancel, do so before swiping "Start Job."

  2. Take "Before" photos: Special services require multiple "before" photos to document the initial condition of the property.

  3. Swipe Start Job in real-time.

Completing the work

Once the job is started, the app will display a specific checklist based on the service quoted.

  1. Follow the checklist: Carefully read and complete each task.

  2. Mark items complete: As you finish each task, check it off in the app.

  3. Take "After" photos: Once all checklist items are marked off, the app will prompt you to take multiple "after" photos to document your work.
