How do I view my job and payment history

You can easily track your completed work, customer rating, and payment statuses directly within the LawnGuru Provider app.

To see a complete list of your past work and ratings:

1. Open the LawnGuru Provider app.

2. Tap the Dashboard button in the bottom left corner.

3. Scroll down and tap View All Job History

To see a detailed breakdown of your earnings:

1. Tap the Account tab in the lower right corner.

2. Select Payouts.

3. Tap View All Payouts to see individual payment details and breakdown.

• Processing time: Recently completed jobs may take up to 48 hours to archive and appear in your Job History.

• Missing jobs: If a job does not appear in your history after 48 hours, please contact the Provider Support team for assistance.
