How do I change my banking information?

To ensure your account remains secure, LawnGuru is implementing a new two-factor authentication (2FA) process. While we roll this out, we are available to help you update your banking details manually to ensure your payouts remain uninterrupted.

How to update in the app

You can update your destination bank account directly within the LawnGuru Pro app. Before you begin, please have the account holder's name, routing number, and account number ready.

  1. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the Payouts button.

  3. Tap Connect New Bank.

  4. Enter your password for security.

  5. Enter the new banking information and submit.

If you are unable to update your bank account through the app or prefer assistance, please contact the Provider Support team to schedule a call. We will guide you through the process securely.

Important details

  • In-transit payouts: Payouts that are already marked as "In Transit" cannot be moved to a different account.

  • Future payouts: Changes to your bank account will only affect future payouts.
