How do I add my personal customers to LawnGuru?

1. Open the Feature: From the Route screen, tap the Options (•••) button and select Add Client.

2. Enter Client Details: Input your client’s first name, last name, and mobile phone number. Quotes are delivered via text, so a mobile number is required.

3. Property Address: Enter the service address for the property.

4. Measure the Property: A satellite image of the property will appear. Use the in-app mapping tools to drop points along the perimeter of the lawn.

   • Pro Tip: Exclude the house, driveway, and large obstacles to calculate the exact square footage of the turf.

5. Configure Services: Select the specific service details (e.g., Weekly vs. Bi-Weekly mowing) and any additional options you want to include.

6. Set Your Price: LawnGuru will provide suggested pricing based on local averages. You can easily override this by tapping Your Client Pays and entering your own rate.

7. Send the Quote: Tap Text Quote. Your customer will receive a professional link via text to review and accept.

When your customer accepts the quote, LawnGuru automatically collects their payment information. The job is then added to your job board instantly, and you can begin servicing the property according to the schedule you set.
