How to report a poorly marked property?
If a property map appears to be inaccurate or misrepresented in the app, you can flag it to help us improve the tracing for future services.
When to flag a property
Significant errors: If the mapping is fundamentally incorrect or makes it impossible to determine the service area, use the "Poorly Marked" feature before starting.
Minor inaccuracies: If only a small portion of the map is missing, please note that correcting the tracing likely won't result in a significant price change. In these cases, we recommend servicing the full property as requested to avoid delays.
Future updates: Flagging a property helps our team review and adjust the boundaries for the next time the property is serviced.
How to flag a job as poorly marked
Open the Available Jobs list.
Tap on the specific job to view it's details.
Tap the Service Options button.
Select Flag as Poorly Marked.
Next steps
Once you have flagged a property, the LawnGuru Support team is notified to review the property's mapping. Flagging a property notifies us for future jobs, but it does not automatically change the price of your current active job. If you believe the property size is significantly different than described, please contact Provider Support directly.
