How Do I Request That My AutoPlow Jobs Be Activated?

 If you expect or have received sufficient snow fall but haven't received an activation notification from LawnGuru, you can manually request activation for your route. This helps our team identify areas where service is needed.

Steps to request activation

  1. Tap Routes on the navigation bar at the bottom of the app.

  2. Tap the "..." (options) button.

  3. Tap View AutoPlow Route.

  4. Tap Request Activation.

  5. Select the specific jobs you believe should be activated from the list or map.

  6. Tap Activate [X] Jobs (where [X] is the number of jobs you selected).

  7. Select the amount of snow you expect to receive.

  8. Tap Request AutoPlow Activation.

What happens next?

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation text from the Provider Support Line. To help our team verify conditions quickly, please reply to that text with a photo of the snowy conditions and your current location.


Important Note: Requesting activation does not guarantee your jobs will be activated. Only proceed with service once the jobs officially appear on your active route.
