How do I optimize my route?
Once you have claimed several jobs, the Routes page helps you organize your day efficiently. You can choose to automatically optimize your path based on your location or manually arrange your stops to fit your preference.
How to use Auto Route for maximum efficiency
The Auto Route tool calculates the most efficient order for your services, accounting for real-time traffic, road closures, and one-way streets.
Navigate to the Routes page and tap the options menu (three dots) in the top right corner.
Select Set Route Order.
Use the dropdown menu at the top to select the specific day you want to organize.
Tap Auto Route.
Set your locations: Choose your starting and ending points.
By default: The app uses your current GPS location as the start and your home dispatch address as the end.
To change: Tap the address fields to enter a different starting or ending point.
Tap Optimize to finalize the order.
Manually setting your route order
If you prefer a specific order regardless of traffic data, you can set your route manually:
Individual Selection: From the Set Route Order screen, tap jobs one by one in the order you wish to visit them.
Partial Manual Routing: You do not have to tap every job. If you only select the first few stops and tap Save, the remaining jobs will be automatically added to the end of your list.
Making quick adjustments
If you only need to move one job or make a minor change, you can do so directly from the Route list:
Just make sure that you have the List View of your route pulled up instead of the Map View.
Tap and hold the job card you wish to move.
Drag and drop the job up or down the list to its new position.
