Switching from a Customer to a Provider Account

If you accidentally signed up using the LawnGuru customer app, don’t worry—you don’t need to create a new account. You can easily convert your existing profile into a Pro account by following the steps below.

How to Apply as a Provider

To transition your account, you will need to complete the official Provider Application:

  1. Visit the Registration Page: Go to the LawnGuru Pro Sign-Up page.

  2. Sign In: Instead of filling out the registration form again, click the Sign in button (usually located below the sign-up fields).

  3. Complete the Application: Enter your existing account credentials. Once logged in, you will be prompted to fill out the LawnGuru Provider Application.

  4. Submit for Review: Ensure all business details and documentation are accurate before submitting.

What Happens Next?

  • Approval Process: Our team will review your application. Once approved, your account will automatically switch from "Customer" status to "Provider" status.

  • Notification: You will receive a text message and an email confirming your acceptance into the LawnGuru Pro network.

  • Get the Pro App: After you receive your confirmation, download the LawnGuru Pro app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Log in with your original credentials to begin claiming jobs in your area.

Note: You cannot accept jobs or view the Pro dashboard until your application has been officially approved by the LawnGuru team.
