How do I view jobs I've claimed?

Once you have claimed jobs, the Route screen becomes your primary dashboard for the day. This section allows you to organize your schedule, view property details, and manage recurring services.

To view all the jobs currently on your board:

1. Open the LawnGuru app and tap the Route tab in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Here, you will see a combined list of services scheduled for today and any upcoming jobs you have claimed.

You can toggle between two different ways to visualize your workday:

• List View: Best for quickly scrolling through job details and checking off tasks.

• Map View: Best for planning your drive and seeing which properties are closest to your current location.

• To switch: Tap the Map/List icon in the top corner of the Route screen to toggle your preferred view.

If you are enrolled as a snow provider, you have a dedicated view to manage your recurring snow clearing accounts:

1. Navigate to the Route screen.

2. Tap the Options (•••) button.

3. Select View AutoPlow Route.

This filtered view allows you to see all properties where you are the designated seasonal provider. It is the best way to estimate your total workload before a major winter storm arrives.

• Check the Night Before: Review your Route screen every evening so you can plan your equipment and fuel needs for the following day.

• Keep it Clean: If you realize you won't be able to reach a job on your route, Release it early so another pro can help the customer.

• Real-time Updates: Message your customers in the app to keep them informed about your arrival time, and swipe into your jobs in real time.
